Capria is seeking a highly qualified, entrepreneurial, and self-directed investment professional to expand our investor relations and reporting activity across an underlying portfolio of 250+ companies, and 15 funds representing nearly USD 1B in AUM. The ideal candidate will have a passion and curiosity for learning about the Global South (South & Southeast Asia, Latin America, and Africa) venture capital ecosystem. In this role, the candidate can expect to learn the ins-and-outs of the portfolio reporting process and how to package those learnings into succinct and engaging reports, pitch-decks, and newsletters. Capria also provides a unique opportunity for fellows to learn the fundraising process and what goes into having a call with leading institutional investors, HNWIs, and corporate investors across the globe. The candidate will support the team in researching, packaging, and disseminating information to be shared with top-tier blue-chip investors.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Applications (Sheets, Slides, Docs) is required – skills in these are somewhat transferable so strength in Microsoft Office will translate reasonably to Google Applications. Knowledge of SalesForce is a plus. Comfortable working with web-based file storage/sharing services like Dropbox and others. Comfortable and effective working remotely, and able to stay productive in a remote environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, International Development, or related field required. Experience working in Fundraising or Investor Relations preferred.
