Program Manager +2 other positions – Jacobs Foundation

Job Details

Key Responsibilities
• Provide overall project management and analytical support for the Foundation’s knowledge & learning work
• Serve as project liaison between the Foundation’s external learning and evaluation partner and program staff, e.g., organize regular check-ins, collate, clean, validate, and aggregate data and grantee reporting materials, update and manage internal MEL dashboard on key progress measures
• Contribute to analysis and presentation of quantitative and qualitative MEL data for internal learning and decision-making, support production of materials for use
in Board-level meetings, monitor progress and support iterative adjustments to the Foundation’s Theory of Change, Learning Agenda, and MEL plan
• Coordinate internal and external learning process, e.g., plan and manage learning sessions with experts, produce internal learning digests, draft newsletters and thoughtpieces, consolidate knowledge and learnings for internal and external dissemination
• Provide general administrative support across the Knowledge & Communications function as needed

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a humanity or a social science
• Min. 3 years of work experience, preferably in child and youth development, education, and learning is an advantage
• Familiarity with monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) or research methods, preferably in the international development or education sector
• Ability to analyse, consolidate and summarise complex information from multiple data sources, including quantitative and qualitative data quickly and competently
• Strong organizational, management, and administrative skills related to research, analysis, and MEL
• Intellectual curiosity, creativity, and judgement to take a proactive approach to sharing knowledge and experience in what works
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills in English; working knowledge of other languages (German, French, or Spanish) would be advantageous
