Our Story

Co-founders Ashley Lewis and Aunnie Patton Power began their careers in traditional finance at large financial institutions . After successfully transitioning into impact finance over a decade ago, they identified two critical gaps in the market: professionals needed guidance to navigate the transition into the impact finance sector, and organizations needed access to qualified talent who understood both finance and impact.
